Delta-8 THC is an isomer (different molecular arrangement) of THC. <\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Is Delta-8 THC legal?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Delta-8 THC is legal if it is derived from legal industrial hemp AND it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Since our Delta-8 THC is derived from CBD that was extracted from industrial hemp, our products are 100% legal in most states. We also have our Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available on the <a href=\"https:\/\/www.medicinemanhempco.com\/index.php\/lab-reports\/\">Lab Reports Page<\/a>  which prove the legality of all of the products that we offer.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">How long does shipping take?<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>We ship most orders out same day if placed by 2pm. We use USPS priority and orders usually arrive within a few days depending on distance.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Shipping Restrictions<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Due to changing state laws and carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship CBD, hemp, or hemp-derived THC products to certain locations. At this time, we do not ship hemp-derived&nbsp; products to the following states:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We also do not ship hemp, CBD, or THC products internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO\/FPO\/DPO addresses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">All orders are reviewed before fulfillment. If your order cannot legally be shipped to the address provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Customers are responsible for understanding and following their local laws before purchasing. Because of these changes, certain hemp-derived products that are currently available may no longer meet Tennessee compliance requirements and will no longer be available after July 1.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We are making the necessary updates to our product lineup to remain fully compliant with Tennessee law while continuing to provide high-quality hemp products to our customers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Please stay tuned for new compliant products coming soon.
