What is Delta-8 THC?
- Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid found in different strains of both legal industrial hemp as well as illegal (in TN) marijuana. Delta-8 THC is an isomer (different molecular arrangement) of THC.
Is Delta-8 THC legal?
- Delta-8 THC is legal if it is derived from legal industrial hemp AND it contains less than 0.3% Delta-9 THC. Since our Delta-8 THC is derived from CBD that was extracted from industrial hemp, our products are 100% legal in most states. We also have our Certificates of Analysis (COAs) available on the Lab Reports Page which prove the legality of all of the products that we offer.
How long does shipping take?
- We ship most orders out same day if placed by 2pm. We use USPS priority and orders usually arrive within a few days depending on distance.
Shipping Restrictions
Due to changing state laws and carrier restrictions, we are unable to ship CBD, hemp, or hemp-derived THC products to certain locations. At this time, we do not ship hemp-derived products to the following states:
Alaska, Arizona, Arkansas, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Nevada, New York, North Dakota, Oregon, Rhode Island, Utah, Vermont, and Washington.
We also do not ship hemp, CBD, or THC products internationally, to U.S. territories, or to APO/FPO/DPO addresses.
All orders are reviewed before fulfillment. If your order cannot legally be shipped to the address provided, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a refund. Customers are responsible for understanding and following their local laws before purchasing. Shipping availability may change at any time without notice.

New Tennessee hemp regulations take effect on July 1. Because of these changes, certain hemp-derived products that are currently available may no longer meet Tennessee compliance requirements and will no longer be available after July 1.
